Modern Slavery Programme Review and Action Plan

Clarify the gaps, responsibilities and decisions that will move your programme forward.

01

What we review

This is a time-bound, focused review for leaders and teams who need to quickly connect modern slavery commitments with governance, capability and implementation. The scope is tailored to fit your context, needs and evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Assess an agreed programme question, clarify responsibilities and establish prioritised next steps. Review covers an agreed programme question or priority workstreams; a high-level programme overview; a bounded set of policies, action plans and records; and stakeholder interviews.

02

What you receive

A management assessment of agreed commitments, evidence and gaps; an accountability map and prioritised 90-day action plan; an executive briefing on decisions, capability uplift, resources and next steps; and capability and training tailored to your organisational requirements.

03

How it works

1. Agree the programme questions, evidence limits and leadership decisions.
2. Review the documents, engage teams and discuss responsibilities and implementation with agreed stakeholders.
3. Brief leadership on findings and an achievable 90-day action plan.

Need help putting the priorities into practice?

A separately scoped Implementation Sprint can establish agreed improvements, such as a governance reporting routine, role accountabilities, an implementation plan or a staff capability session, with handover to the responsible team.

The review assesses programme management and agreed evidence. It does not certify a slavery-free supply chain or establish rights-holder outcomes by itself. Heather leads the strategy, governance and implementation work; technical procurement, supplier auditing and legal questions involve appropriately qualified specialists where needed.
